Job summary
12 Months FTC - Manchester Hybrid WorkingWe are looking for an innovative and proactive Executive Assistant to perform various administrative and committee management tasks to support the Housing Team. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient and effective governance through the committee management function that may dominate in the early stages of this new project. Youll be driven, proactive, resourceful and able to make decisions under pressure. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be able to share information with the Directors and stakeholders efficiently and effectively and have an understanding of the committee management function.
Key Performance Objectives
* Provide comprehensive organisational, and administrative support.
* Establish and manage a range of Boards, Panels and Senior Management Meetings.
* Give advice to Salix managers on meeting procedures, protocols etc. and track decisions to ensure they are delivered.
* Facilitate overall daily operations within the schemes and support the Housing Management Team.
Key Responsibilities;
* Act as the point of contact among Senior executives, employees, clients and other external partners
* Prepare agenda and reports for meetings and produce minutes as appropriate
* Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
* Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
* Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
* Screen and direct enquiries and distribute correspondence
* Organise and maintain the office filing and committee minuting systems
Key Skills and Competencies;
* Possesses the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with a wide variety of contacts.
* Has experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
* Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management skills, with the capability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
* Adept at managing formal committee meetings and displaying discretion and confidentiality.
* Organised and results-oriented with good attention to detail, able to multi-task during conflicting deadlines and prioritise accordingly
