We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join a dynamic and progressive Commercial Insurance Broker in Market Harborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with sales experience looking for a career path with a growing company.

We are looking for a polite, confident individual with experience as an Account Handler or Telesales Agent in commercial insurance. This is your opportunity to take ownership of your sales career, working for a growing, dynamic company.
As a Junior Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
Developing your own portfolio of commercial insurance clients
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system
Monitoring policy renewals and proactively engage with clients to ensure retention
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market changes and regulations
Acting as a main point of contact for enquiries and claims ensuring client satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly targets
Indentifying opportunities for cross selling additional insurance products.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
As a Junior Commercial Account Executive, you will need:
Demonstrated expertise as an Account Handler or Telesales agent in the commercial insurance field.
Exceptional verbal communication skills, displaying the ability to effectively engage and establish rapport with potential clients.
Meticulous attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
Goal-driven mindset, dedicated to achieving and exceeding predetermined targets.
Familiarity with the utilization of Insurance CRM systems and adeptness in lead management processes.
Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
