We are currently supporting a manufacturing company who supplier into major retail outlets with the recruitment of a Payroll/Accounts clerk, this role is to start January 2024 and will be on a fixed term contract for 1 year to cover maternity leave.
Payroll
* Processing 202+ weekly paid employees
* Timekeeping records for Agency workers
* Processing attachment of earnings, deductions, sick/holiday pay, salary sacrifice payments etc.
* Updating employee records and processing any changes
* Processing any benefit payments/allowances
* Inputting new starters onto payroll systems
* Uploading bank payments
* Filing and auditing personnel files
* Validating shift logs and inputting onto the payroll system
* Assisting in HR/Payroll admin
* Absence monitoring
Credit control
* Managing outstanding invoices and accounts
* Allocating payments
* Reconciling the bank
