Role:Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 : OTE Year 1 £40k-£50k/ Year 2 - £75k+

Location: Bristol, City Centre

The Role

Identifying leads and potential partnerships
Sales, cold calling, client engagement and developing your client base
Developing and maintaining partnerships with potential and existing clients
Hitting targets and metrics
Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
