Data AdministratorBM118
My client is a multidiscipline consultancy who have some of the UK's leading experts for low carbon and business energy. My client is looking for an enthusiastic data administrator to report to their data manager in their offices in Manchester.
Key role responsibilities:
Ensure clients are set up within the system and maintain supply and contract data
Record energy usage data produce invoice analysis for clients
Upload energy bills, consumption data, whilst negotiating refunds and re-bills with utility suppliers.
Collect non-utility data from clients and third parties
Work alongside team members to make sure project delivery for clients is efficient.
Make sure client records are up to date within all systemsRole requirements include:
Experience within an energy Broker or TPI industry would be preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and team working skills
Proficiency within the use of MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and takes pride in delivering quality workBenefits of the role include:
Salary ranging from £22,000 to £25,000 that can vary depending on experience
