About the role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Four Squared, you will have the autonomy to manage your own desk, specialising in commercial, financial, or HR recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maximising recruitment opportunities in the marketplace by continuously networking with clients and building a robust candidate network.
* Generating new clients through marketing calls, client visits, and targeted marketing campaigns.
* Cultivating long-term, effective business relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Attracting, selecting, and interviewing suitable candidates to meet the specific needs and demands of your clients.
* Utilising advertising and social media platforms effectively to reach potential candidates.
* Establishing yourself as a market-leading recruiter within your specialist field through successful placements.
About you:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Previous experience working in a 360 recruitment role.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize your workload and meet targets.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Demonstrated experience in business development, particularly in generating job opportunities.
