Job summary
Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a small, yet established business in the recruitment of an Internal Sales Executive. Our client supplies a specialist range of life saving/medical equipment to clients based throughout the UK, many within the public sector.This is a proactive sales role that first class communication and customer services skills. Your key duties will include:
* Using your prospecting sales techniques, you will be expected to generate sales leads over the phone
* Taking any inbound sales inquiries and actioning them accordingly
* Dealing with any online live chat enquires
* Managing existing accounts and making sure each client is aware of any ongoing offers or promotions; upselling where possible
* Compiling quotations based on customers needs and sending to the client
* Passing sales orders to the sales support team once the order has been complete
* Working on lapsed accounts ensuring that every service and product has been offered to train reactivate the account
You will be expected to thrive under pressure to deliver the best results which you will be generously rewarded for. The salary and benefits include:
* £22,000 - £25,000 p/a (OTE - £30K/£40K)

* 23 days holiday plus long service days given after year 5 and up to year 9
Hours:
* Monday Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm
* Fridays 8:30am - 4:00pm
Applicants must have the following:
* Proven sales experience in a targeted environment
* A can do attitude who is happy help in all areas to help the team
* Proven track record in achieving sales
* Previous quoting experience
