Job summary
A leading reinsurance provider is looking for a Systems Analyst to join their growing Content and Collaboration team. You will join the team to understand and leverage the new systems and technologies in place to ensure optimum productivity is achieved throughout the global business.You will provide technical configuration of the content and collaboration platforms, support training initiatives and work closely with teams to ensure the right technology is used to deliver against business problems and opportunities.
This role requires someone who is SharePoint focussed with demonstratable experience of working on a global Intranet or team site projects. The ideal candidate will be both technically-minded and customer-focussed with the ability to document and analyse requirements and turn those requirements into solutions. You will easily build strong stakeholder relationships and foster a collaborative culture.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about operation excellence, have a strong work ethic and a results-orientated approach.
Essential Skills:
Experience of hands-on delivery of SharePoint online projects, including global intranets and team sites.
Expertise of Teams, OneDrive and other collaborative technologies.
A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and Microsoft Power Platform
Good knowledge of Jira/Confluence
Ability to solve complex business problems in simple and innovative ways
Solutions-driven self-starter with a customer-focussed approach
Familiarity with ITIL change management and regulatory requirements
