Job summary
Finance Administrator - £25-28,000Due to the officce location you will need your own transport.
The Role
Will raise invoices weekly and process onto Sage 50
Assist with Payroll administraton
Produce weekly profit reports
Work alongside the Management Accountant with monthly stock counts
Create applications to the client and reconcile with the customer trackers
Process payable invoices and updating inventory spreadsheet
Analyse the data to identify errors
Working with the management accountant to look at process improvements
Liaise with credit control re invoice queries
Support the team were necessary
Skills/Knowledge
Has to have a good understanding of Excel
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work on their own and as a part of a team
Good communicator
Proactive
Previous Finance/Admin experience
