The role & about the client: On behalf of our client, ITS Building People (Southampton) are searching for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-respected Commercial construction company in the Ringwood area. The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, delivery and financial control of projects up to £1,000,000.
Key Responsibilities
* The Project Manager will have a keen eye for detail and be able to anticipate and minimise any disruption to the schedule of works.
* You will be site based responsible for projects in and around the Ringwood area ensuring the effective management of the site, the program and any risks that may cause issue.
* Working in coordination with the Director, you will oversee the management of 1 to and will report directly to the construction director and the managing director.
* You will manage a family of sub-contractors that have an established record for delivering an outstanding level of service.
* On a weekly basis you will report to the management team with a keen focus on customer satisfaction, commercial direction, and risk management.
The ideal candidate
* Experience of delivering fit outs in the healthcare and education sectors.
* A keen eye for detail and high-quality finishes.
* A track record for delivering these types of projects.
* Excellent organisational & team management skills.
* Able to design and deliver demanding and complex refurbishment programmes.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people ls a must.
* Ability to multitask and deliver multiple projects.
* A valid driving licence.
