Working Hours:
Option 1: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Option 2: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
Execute planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Conduct day-to-day emergency light testing and fire alarm checks.
Address 45 reactive jobs weekly, including lights, sockets, AHU filter cleans, minor plumbing, etc.
Collaborate with a supportive on-site client.
Work alongside one other engineer on-site.
Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
18th Edition qualification.
Level 3 Electrical qualification.
2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification.
Additional Details:
No call-out duties currently.
Plenty of overtime opportunities (not essential).
No company van provided.
