The Part Time Sales Administrator will be responsible for a varied sales support, processing, and administration workload. The Sales Administrator will communicate well at all levels, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Part Time Sales Administrator:
* First point of contact for enquiries via the phone and emails
* Maintain day to day administrative and clerical services
* Processing customers orders
* Scheduling bookings
* Liaising with customers and suppliers
* Updating stock control and balancing available stock
* Providing assistance to the sales team
* Coordinating transport
* Processing of invoices
Minimum Skills Required:
* A keen eye for detail
* Computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Developing good communication skills via email and phone with internal and external customers and colleagues
* Managing a workload in an efficient and organised way
Salary and Benefits:
* An hourly rate of £12.00 - £13.00 per hour
