We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team in Bromsgrove. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and care for children in a safe and stimulating environment.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to enhance the children's development.
* Ensure the well-being and safety of all children, following safeguarding procedures.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
Requirements:
* PFA (Paediatric First Aid) training.
* Safeguarding training.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
* Ability to obtain two professional references from the last two years of employment, with contact details from a professional email address.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Passion for early childhood education and development.
