Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join a well-established Law Firm based in Birmingham City Centre. The role involves Reception, Administration and Typist responsibilities so will offer variety and enable you to further develop your skills.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Reception - answering incoming calls, handling client queries and meeting and greeting clients
Maintain high standard of customer service at all times and ensuring confidentiality and security is adhered to
Typist - audio dictation for Senior Partner and preparing court documents and forms
Administration - maintaining archiving system, assisting with incoming/outgoing/internal mail and liaising with maintenance team (directed by Practice Manager)
Ensuring all standards are maintained in regards to legal / health & safety / safe working practicesThe ideal Receptionist:
Experience working in a Reception/Administration role, ideally within a professional services environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships
Professional, personable with a can-do attitude and able to work to tight deadlines
IT Literature, proficient in Microsoft packages
Happy 100% in the office, no parking available on site
