With a strong commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction, they are seeking highly skilled and versatile Multi Traders to join their dynamic team.Job Summary:
As a Multi Trader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance, repair, and improvement of properties within the housing sector. You will apply your expertise in various trades, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance, to deliver high-quality service to their clients while prioritising safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Areas of work: Surrey, Berks and Southeast London.
General Responsibilities (Will Vary) - Multi Trader
Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of properties to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and pipes.
Perform electrical repairs, installations, and inspections in compliance with relevant regulations.
Undertake carpentry tasks such as door/window repairs, fittings, and general woodworking.
Prepare surfaces and apply paint or other finishes to enhance property aesthetics.
Identify and diagnose issues within properties, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and always ensure safe work practices.
Interact professionally with tenants, addressing their concerns and providing excellent customer service.
Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.Qualifications and Skills - Multi Trader
Proven experience as a multi trader or a similar role within property services.
Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry) and certifications.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license.
