Design & Technology Technician / Teaching AssistantAs a Secondary DT Technician / TA, you will be assisting the DT teachers in preparing and delivering lessons, including setting up equipment and materials. In this role you will be a key part in helping support students in Engineering, Construction and DT.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1-1 support to students, ensuring their understanding and progress in practical and theoretical aspects of Design and Technology.
Assist in maintaining and organizing the Design & Technology workshop, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
Help assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
Managing resources: organizing and maintaining the workshop, tools, and equipment, ensuring that all students can succeed.
Requirements:
Experience within the Design & Technology sector with Key Stages 3 and 4.
A degree in Design Technology, Engineering, or a related subject is highly desirable.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for design, technology, and innovation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
