Then nows the time to make the move to Chartway Partnerships Group.Chartway Partnerships Group is a leading Southeast land-led housebuilder, specialising in the development of new homes and communities in partnership with housing associations, landowners, and fund managers. Consisting of eight subsidiaries, were on an exciting growth plan. Right now, due to our growth plans, we are looking for a Payroll Manager, to join our growing Finance team in setting up a dedicated payroll function, on a permanent contract out of our offices in Coxheath, Kent.
About The Role
As Payroll Manager, will be working closely with the Group Finance Director and Group People Manager, taking ownership of, and helping build and shape our payroll function.
Youll be responsible for executing payroll payments in an accurate and timely basis, as well as taking ownerships for the ongoing improvement and successful implementation of new initiatives, allowing us to grow as a business, and offer the best employee benefits to our employees, such as salary sacrifice pension agreements.
You will be an integral business partner to senior management within both our Finance and Human Resources departments, taking ownership for our operational compliance such as P11D statements, maintaining payroll records, and have key involvement in the business planning and reporting process across the group.

Youll come from a similar position, with a strong understanding of the payroll process for businesses in excess of 100+ employees. Excellent IT, interpersonal and organisation skills are essential, with a proactive approach designed to anticipate evolving issues and liaise with colleagues across the group to address these effectively.
Whilst having worked within the construction industry is an advantage, it is not essential.
