As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing operations, from planning and scheduling to quality control and delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring that their products are manufactured to the highest standards and delivered on time and within budget.
Operations Manager duties will include -
Indirect management of 60 staff - Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Maintaining and building teams, driving the correct training, coaching, and development
Producing detailed, high-quality regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Management of high-value projects and improvement of the overall performance of the site.
Promoting the right culture and identifying, leading, and driving all lean and continuous improvement
Planning and forecasting budgets and liaising with other management on P&L control.
Implementing and maintaining the highest standards of quality control, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
Driving innovation and implementing the latest industry best practices to enhance a competitive edge.Operations Manager requirements include -
