Job summary

CCO Group are partnered with a large, multi-disciplinary, Real Estate Consultancy with significant presence throughout the UK. We are seeking a client-facing Associate level Building Surveyor to add to a prestigious and highly successful division, reporting to the Head of Building Consultancy. A very exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to grow an office and make something truly their own. There will be a strong emphasis on core traditional building surveying duties for project work across multiple sectors, as well as a full range of professional work on a variety of client accounts across the commercial and Residential property sector. The client need someone who is adept at working on a variety of different sized projects at any one time and importantly someone who has an appetite to generate and develop new business.
What will you be required to do?

Working within the overall building surveying team to provide the core building surveying services with a bias towards contract administration of refurbishment work on all types of property
Deliver fee income at agreed targets.
Contribute to the management of the client base to deliver financial goals
Development of existing client relationships and to secure new business/fee earning opportunities for the firm.
Contribute to Graduate and surveyor development within the division.
Contribute to the development of initiatives and strategy to increase profitability
Lead from the front and demonstrate the core values of the business internally & externally What do you need to be successful?
Prior experience in a multi-disciplinary firm
Proven track record within the building consultancy sector
Educated to degree level
MRICS
A team player with a can do attitude
Passion and enthusiasm for the industry and a drive to improve business performance
Driven to take on responsibility and to lead from the front, ensuring junior staff members are set a good example
