Job Description:
As a Fire Door Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by handling all aspects of converting hot leads into sales. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, building strong relationships, and providing expert advice on fire doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert hot leads into sales by actively reaching out to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and building owners.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on fire doors, offering solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
- Conduct thorough consultations and assessments to determine the most suitable fire door solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our fire door products.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure smooth and timely installation of fire doors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance knowledge and expertise.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the fire safety or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of fire doors and fire safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Full driving license (preferred but not essential).
