We are working with one of our lovely Redhill based clients to recruit an Administrator to join their Exams department.
The Role:
In this important role you will assist with all aspects of the Examination and Assessment processes, including the administration of examinations and entry of examination details onto the student record system.
Responsibilities
Liaise with internal teams
You will process student data for registrations
Book exams on both online and paper
Create exam documentation for exam sessions/invigilators
Schedule the invigilators in for their working hours Key skills and experience
Excellent at data input and high attention to detail when processing data
The ability to multi-task and flexibility to meet varying deadlines and business needs
Good computer skills (in particular - excel, outlook, word, access)
A confident personality, with the ability to manage difficult students and situations
Knowledge of exams and examination boards processes is highly desirable
Current DBS certificate is advantageous but not essential Hours and benefits
Monday to Friday 8:45 - 17:00
