Leicestershire

£35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.

Role Profile

Cast UK are supporting a fantastic distribution business with the recruitment process of a HR and Recruitment professional, to be based out of their site in Leicestershire. You will be required to deal with various queries across the business. This role will be ideal for someone who is looking to further develop their career working amongst a fast paced distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

Deal with various queries throughout the business
Review and update job descriptions
Advise managers on recruitment and selection strategies.
Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants.
Provide advice and play a major role in work reviews and change processes.
Identify development needs.
Manage staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations.
Support the operations team with all elements of Employee Relations work, including note taking, providing advice for line and managers and letter writing.
Assist in organising employer branding initiatives.
Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees, and other HR team members.
To work with the operations team to support all elements of the employee lifecycle.
Carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties.

Skills & Experience Required

CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification
Proven HR expertise at an operational level within a warehouse and distribution environment.
Proven experience taking the lead with disciplinaries, grievances etc
Experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process including employee reviews once hired into the business.
Willingness to monitor and manage your own time to ensure daily objectives are met.
Flexibility to work within a 24/7 operations to handle matters as and when needed.
Full UK driving license as working with other sites may be needed on occasion.
