The Role - Senior Design Manager
As an experienced Senior Design Manager you will be responsible for driving quality outcomes, enhancing build ability and fostering innovation.
You will work collaboratively with the multiple teams and industry specialists on large industrial projects throughout the region.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Brief and engage Specialist Consultants/suppliers to undertake specialist reports for planning, then review and critique and manage risks to resolution.
Review Tender Documentation
Compile all the information and complete the Tender Design Checklist prior to handover to the Estimator for pricing.
Support Procurement Department in evaluation of alternative design solutions offered by subcontractors.
Required Skills/Experience:
Main contract experience in a design management related position on projects up to £500m in value.
Previous experience using planning systems.
Relevant degree/qualifications.
