Job summary
Our client, a globally renowned manufacturer and service company, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our proactive sales team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a highly successful business known globally for its work. We are looking for someone who has a genuine desire to contribute to our dynamic team.You will be responsible for managing sales enquiries, responding with quotations and product information. Processing sales orders and support key account managers with additional administrative duties.
Sales Executive:
Become a direct representative of the company, ensuring professional and diligent customer interactions.
Work within a team of 5, handling reactive sales by responding to existing customer enquiries.
Enter and process customer enquiries via telephone/email.
Quote prices and deliveries based on customer requirements.
Accurately enter orders into the computer system.
Assist in increasing net trading month on month.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
Electronically or physically file all sales orders and backing PO's.
Attend and contribute to sales meetings.
Assist with company stocktakes if required.
Perform ad hoc duties as required in the sales department.Skills & Knowledge
Ideally 2 years within a sales role.
Proactive approach and highly organized work style.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tact, diplomacy, creativity, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office modules
