What they ideally want:
They ideally are looking for either a Fund Monitor or a Quantity Surveyor who has fund experience/ a desire to move to a more fund monitor role. You need to have worked within a consultancy environment and is ready to get stuck into their existing projects. They have a impressive fund monitoring side to the company, which if of interest, you would have the opportunity to be involved in. Essentially, they are looking for people with analytical brains who have a passion for Quantity Surveying and wanting to work in an environment where you are trusted and pushed to be the best you can possibly be.
Our client will acknowledge all applications, however, they are ideally looking for the below:
* Consultancy background
* 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
* Experience working on private sector projects
* Ideally on route to becoming MRICS
* Ability to work amongst a team and individually when required
* Excellent written communication skills
* Comfortable in a client-facing environment
* Relevant university degree
* Right to work in the UK
On offer for this role is a basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus a flexible benefits package, including pension, holidays and healthcare.
