Job summary
Acorn by Synergie is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to cover Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland working for a huge brand within the professional cleaning industry.Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, the purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the sales activities for current customer and the generation of new customers working to defined targets and ultimately resulting in profitable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and executing the Sales Activities within the defined territory, according to defined sales goals, KPIs and in line with the sales strategy and given standards and protocols.
Account Management and generating new Business (new customers) via Project- & Pipeline Management
Cooperation with End Users and Distribution partners, supporting with Product / Application Training to Distributor Sales force and End Users on demand.
Account, activity & pipeline reporting via CRM system.
Regular reporting of results
Cooperation with National accounts and other Territory Sales Managers where required in selected customer projects.
Participation on local and national exhibitions
Support internal functions by observing and sharing market knowledge.
The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience in managing a sales territory, route planning, customer visits and customer management. Knowledge and experience within the professional cleaning industry would be a distinct advantage.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
Home based with travel to customer sites and head office as and when required.
