We are currently seeking a Head of People to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will be a key driver of transformative change, making a significant impact on our operational efficiency and colleague engagement. If you have a passion for solving complex challenges and improving ways of working, this is the perfect opportunity for you. While this role may involve some travel to our six UK sites, it will primarily be based at our Cardington location, with 2-3 days of office presence each week and occasional visits to other sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Operational HR Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership in all aspects of HR operations.
* Employee Relations (ER) Management: Skilfully navigate and resolve ER cases to maintain a harmonious work environment.
* Change Catalyst: Drive positive change initiatives that lay the foundation for our continued success.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and support stakeholders in adopting best practices and navigating complex HR matters.
* Strategic Alignment: Translate our overarching business strategy into a tailored people strategy.
* Collaborative Leadership: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to enhance engagement and foster a united workforce.
