Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will lead and contribute to a wide range of mechanical engineering projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and delivering high-quality, energy-efficient, and sustainable solutions. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Design and Analysis: Develop detailed mechanical designs, conduct engineering analyses, and provide innovative solutions for complex mechanical systems.
Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-efficient strategies and sustainable practices in mechanical systems and HVAC designs.
Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of design documents, calculations, and specifications.
Client Interaction: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understand project requirements, and provide technical guidance.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, architects, and project managers.
Code Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Master's degree is a plus.

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus building systems.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design tools.

Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a senior role - Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS) - Experience with project management and ability to meet deadlines - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
