Job summary

R13 Recruitment are working alongside a reputable financial firm in their search for a Financial Services Administrator to join their friendly team in their modern, Norwich office. Responsible for providing efficient administrative support to a team of financial advisors, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, and building strong stakeholder relationships. You will have sound administrative experience, within pensions or investments, and fantastic organisation skills.

This is a full time (37.5 hours per week over 5 days) or part time (25 hours per week over 5 days), permanent position. The offered for the salary is £30,00 depending on experience.

The day to day

* Providing exceptional customer service to meet the expectations of stakeholders.

* Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all client documents and addressing queries promptly to fulfil client needs.

* Managing departmental administration tasks with precision, including recording and allocating leads.

* Escalating unresolved issues to specialists, providing them with sufficient information for thorough investigation.

* Adhering to regulatory and legislative controls, challenging policies and procedures for continuous improvement.

You will have/be

* Experience in pensions and investments administration, with some beneficial exposure to mortgages and protection administration.

* Well organised with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks and meet deadlines with high levels of accuracy.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.

* High levels of IT literacy, including Office 365.
