Immediate Temp to Perm OpportunityCustomer Service Administrator
Location Tewkesbury
The successful candidate will join this small friendly customer services team, reporting directly to a supportive Customer Services Manager.
You'll be expected to focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction and effective communication with our customers. This role would be ideally suited to a candidate with previous experience of working in a customer focused role.
On a daily basis you be: -
Handling inbound calls from customers
Providing quotations for existing & prospective customers
Identifying customer requirements & recommending service options
Booking collection & delivery requests over the telephone
Handling customer queries and escalating these when necessary
Liaising with the operations team to maintain service quality
The working hours are: 08.30 to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Candidate Requirements
You will be well organised with the ability to always provide customer service excellence. You will need to have previous experience in a customer services environment, with strong interpersonal skills.
This role is being offered on a temp to perm basis, immediate interviews taking place.
