Coachbuilder

Monday to Friday 07.30am - 16.00pm

Salary = £16.24 Per Hour

As a skilled Coachbuilder, you will work in a clean and efficient manner, adhering to all aspects of
Health and Safety legislation and playing a key role in repairing vehicle and bodies to the highest level of quality in the company's body repair centre located in Derby

Our local engineering client is looking to expand / Commercial Vehicle Bodybuilders to join their team, working on specialist commercial vehicles
Responsibilities of a Coachbuilder
·Understanding schematics to undertake new-build and vehicle conversions
·Using hand tools
·Working with steel, aluminium and wood will be required for this role
·Removal and refitting of interior and exterior trims, framework and panels
·Mechanical fitting and general metal work.
Skills and Qualifications of a Coachbuilder
·Experience of working on commercial vehicle bodies would be an advantage for this role
·Previous Coachbuilding experience would be advantageous
·Metalwork or light mechanical fitting experience
·Experience working with vehicles or in an engineering environment would be an advantage
