One of the UK's leading SEN education providers are looking to make an addition to their successful Field Support team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about IT, has a strong technical background, and is committed to delivering outstanding results as you will play a crucial role within the business, making a social impact on a daily basis. You will be responsible for delivering technical support to end-users via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
What you will be doing...
* Providing technical support to end-users via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software systems.
* Managing and monitoring client backups and antivirus software.
* Communicating effectively with clients to ensure that their needs are met.
What you will need...
* Full Clean UK driving licence
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Support role.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
* Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
* A full driving license and willingness to travel to sites in the South West area
