Want to use your experience to teach others as a Plumbing Lecturer?
We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and talented Plumbing Lecturer to join a friendly and professional Technical & Vocational Skills department. In this post you will be delivering teaching and assessing on C&G Level 1 & 2 Plumbing courses. The role is a temporary position 3-6 months in duration however it will be offered permanently if the role and college is the right fit for you.
Working closely with the Head of Department and the rest of the departmental team, you will have the chance to share your knowledge and skills with learners to help them achieve at the highest level as well as driving continuous improvement within the College. You will act as a personal tutor, promote attendance, participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development and review activities within your subject area.
The successful candidate must have:
A Level 3 Plumbing qualification (though Level 2 may be considered)
Relevant Plumbing industry experience
Be willing to gain a teaching qualification
