Responsibilities:
As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our school. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* General Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing student records, maintaining databases, and organizing student files.
* Front Desk Operations: Be the welcoming face of our school, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing assistance to students, parents, and staff.
* Scheduling and Coordination: Manage timetables, arrange meetings, and coordinate events to ensure efficient operation of the school's activities.
* Communication and Correspondence: Assist in drafting and distributing official communications, including newsletters, memos, and school-wide announcements.
* Student Support: Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure students' individual needs are met, including organizing and monitoring student transportation.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student data, attendance records, and examination results, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
