A global organisation who are at the forefront of innovation in manufacturing. As a key member of the Senior Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.
What You'll Do:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all site operations, covering production, warehousing, engineering, and site services. You will set both short and long-term goals for our business and team to strive towards. Your mission is to create a culture of problem-solving, inspire trust, and drive the achievement of our company's strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate production processes, driving continuous improvements.
Identify, implement, and drive KPIs, as well as implement lean activities.
Collaborate closely with finance and sales teams to ensure the production facility is agile in meeting customer demands.
Foster a culture of health and safety while evaluating and approving new projects.
Lead day-to-day operations management, including site maintenance and facilities.
Support the development and implementation of a site strategy, encompassing manufacturing methods, engineering, organisation, and people development.
Enable cross-departmental collaboration and achievement of key metrics.
Provide leadership to define and support the site's strategic plan and lead change management initiatives.
Ensure a highly engaged workforce aligned with site goals.
