Job summary
We have a brand new role to join a client of ours on a 12 month fixed-term basis. This is a brand new position to join a newly formed team in a secure business. As well as a lovely company to work for they offer amazing benefits including - hybrid and flexi working!This role supports the People Services Systems team in ensuring the structure and data within the HR/Payroll system is appropriately maintained & is fit for purpose, dealing with queries and resolution of any issues and to support the process of continuous improvement.
You will be the first point of contact for queries coming into the team and will be required to review, triage and respond to these or escalate more complex queries to senior team members as necessary.
Some of the key skills required for the role:
- Knowledge of HR or Payroll systems would be extremely beneficial.
- Previous experience in administrative/details based roles.
- Graduate with a systems orientated/analytic mindset.
- Customer service skills.
- Drive to learn and get stuck in where needed.
