M&E Project Manager Overview: I am currently seeking an experienced and dynamic M&E Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering high-profile M&E Healthcare projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, are completed on time, and fall within budget constraints. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in project management and a passion for driving success in the M&E sector.
M&E Project Manager Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
* Oversee procurement processes, including the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
* Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report regularly to stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of safety and compliance with industry regulations throughout project execution.
* Maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction.
M&E Project Manager Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing M&E projects, preferably within Healthcare.
* Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems and their integration into construction projects.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
