The Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting the Flight Systems discipline on an existing aircraft program.
Role
Production of a range of Systems engineering documentation in accordance with client processes and procedures. Documentation produced will encompass the whole of the systems engineering lifecycle including:
Systems Requirement Documents
Test Plans
Change requests and their evaluation
System Design Definition
Configuration control documents
Management plans
Product Equipment SpecificationsEssential
Able to demonstrate a record of delivering quality engineering in large or complex projects
Good people management skills and experience in a multi-disciplined engineering environment
Good communication and influencing skills, drive, initiative and flexibility
Experience in one or more of the flight systems disciplines (Environmental Control Systems, Electrical Power generation, Fuel Systems, flying control systems, secondary power systems, hydraulics, landing gear, propulsion, crew systems,)
Familiar with standard office software packages.Experience
The role involves progressing system and system equipment changes and modifications and responding to customer queries on a number of Aircraft Systems as follows:

Aircrew Equipment
Hydraulic Power Generation and DistributionThe role includes liaison and communication with internal and external engineering and project disciplines
