Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistant to join our team, contributing to the dynamic atmosphere of SEND schools in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. Formal Teaching Assistant qualifications are not mandatory, as we provide training for those with limited experience. What we value most is your unwavering commitment, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for supporting SEND students.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer dedicated support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teaching staff and professionals to implement individual education plans.
Foster a nurturing and caring atmosphere for students.
Requirements:
Some experience working with children or adults with SEND or a related degree/qualification.
A strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of SEND students.
Flexibility to work a minimum of 2 days per week.
