Our client is a National Industrial Services business based in Marlow. This role will be largely generalist within a small team focusing on a majority blue collar workforce. This role allows for a high level of WFH flexibility and involvement across the comprehensive HR functions as well as some travel to 4 sites across the UK.
Description
The Junior HR Business Partner (Hybrid Working) will be responsible for:
Supporting the Marlow office and Swindon site with their HR needs including employee data, employee queries, talent acquisition, rewards and benefits, any employee relations duties that may arise, employee queries etc.
Lead on HR Projects - Site Closure and Work Re-Allocation
End to End employee relations case management
Resolves enquiries regarding HR programs, policies, resources and procedures
Identifies escalation trends and opportunities for accomplishing new and different requests
Prepares other employment letters ie. Job change, employment verification, transfers, off-boarding
Answers general employment questions and maintains HR operations mailboxes
Responsible for maintaining digital file storage
HRIS system support
Coordinates and facilitates orientation for new hires and ensures compliance with all work authorisation documents including right to work and background screening, and ensures follow up on re-verification requirements
Handling recruitment processes from role release through to on-boardingProfile
The ideal Junior HR Business Partner (Hybrid Working) will have the following skills/qualities:
Demonstrable experience within HR Generalist duties including end to end management on employee relations cases
Demonstrable HR project experience
Ideally you will have a logistics industry background as well as previous contract experience
Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment, with the ability to multi task and prioritise
