My client are one of the market leaders for compliance. They have over 40 years of experience as a business and are now recruiting for a great opportunity as a Senior Compliance Risk Assessor. These Legionella and Duct Cleaning experts provide training and services for ventilation, water and grease hygiene to industrial, commercial, retail and public sector clients.

They are now looking for talented Compliance Risk Assessors to join their experienced and passionate team. They are looking for people who are keen to learn, work well within a team and that will take initiative.

About the role:

· Liaise with clients to arrange site visits and details of work

· Liaise with clients with regards to any progress and issues

· Arrange travel to and from clients where necessary

· Assist the management team with delivery of technical services

· Organise the appropriate equipment necessary for tasks at hand

· Ensure all equipment is functional and within calibration limits

· In conjunction with the Stores/Workshop Manager, is responsible for ensuring that all general and specialised equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition. Ensuring that where equipment is unserviceable due to fair wear and tear it is replaced, and where deficiencies occur, or damage to equipment occurs through individual negligence/carelessness, the matter is reported to the Head of Surveying for investigation.

· Ability to use Visio system to produce schematic drawings (Training can be provided)

· Carry out Legionella risk assessments, temperature monitoring, service inspections and other water related services where required (TMV servicing, closed loop testing, tank cleaning)

· Carry out site surveys for air and water quality

· Carry out ventilation surveys in accordance to BS EN 15780 / TR19

· Conduct and deliver Legionella Awareness Training to clients

· Delivery of the written scheme production services to clients

· Support the sales team by cross selling and seeking new opportunities

· Supporting other members of the surveying team when possible

· To undertake competency Audit Assessments on the Surveying Team for the services provided (Legionella Risk Assessments, Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Clean and Disinfection, Legionella Awareness Training etc.)

· To act in accordance with the Company Code of Conduct (Ref: POL037) at all times when engaged on Company duties, in any capacity and at any location.

· Although the Compliance Risk Assessor is not the budget holder, they are responsible for ensuring that their job is completed within the allotted costs

Youll be provided with:

· Steel toe-capped footwear, hard hat, dust/legionella mask, protective overalls, high-visibility vest (PPE)

· A smartphone

· Health and safety training as required

· Company vehicle

· Survey kit (Torch, tape-measure, tools, ladder, temperature probe, infra-red gauge etc)

Responsibilities and KPIs:

· Establish statutory compliance and benchmark systems against the recognised standards

· To act as supervisor of air and water quality, carrying out various assessments including Legionella and Ventilation (BS EN 15780) risk assessments in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 & HSG274, on clients premises throughout the UK.

· Liase with customers, the designed representatives and agree an appropriate plan of action if their site does not meet L8 practice
