Job summary
An experienced Clerk of Works is required to support a medium-sized forward thinking and award winning multidisciplinary with projects across the Midlands and North East.The Clerk of Works role
The successful Clerk of Works will ideally be ICWCI accredited, have experience with NEC Supervisor duties and have worked in various sectors, including education, residential, commercial, public buildings, healthcare, leisure.
The current projects are across residential builds and healthcare / NHS projects.
Projects are located across various locations including: Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds, South Yorkshire, Manchester, Birmingham.
The successful clerk of works will be required to travel to the office once a week, office base is dependent on candidate location
Essential Experience for the Clerk of Works includes:
Relevant degree (Building Surveying / Construction)
Full UK driving license
10+ years experience
ICWCI accreditation
CIOB CABE RICS IFE also beneficial
IT proficient, ability to use Excel and cloud based platforms
JCT / NEC experience
CSCS Card
Alongside this, you must be able to manage your own workload and work proactively and independently.
