LINE CHEF / CHEF DE PARTIE - LARGE RESTAURANT IN A RETAIL OUTLET - NEAR CRAWLEY - PERMANENT POSITION - 38 HOUR CONTRACT - £11.17 PER HOURLeisure Solutions specialise in the recruitment of Leisure and Hospitality professionals across the UK, working with a range of businesses to attract the right people, helping businesses thrive and improving lives.
We are working with this award winning multi-purpose retail outlet with 5 large venues across the South of England, each venue has an on-site restaurant. These restaurants provide Breakfast and Lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday's to Saturday's and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday.
The venue offers full breakfast service until 11.30am and then an array of hot-food, served counter style, which includes fresh Pizza's, home cooked pies and an on-site carvery.
We are looking for a Line Chef / Chef de Partie to become a permanent member of this kitchen team. You will:
* Complete preparation and service requirements
* Ensure all food is cooked correctly and presented in the correct manner
* Complete duties as required by the senior kitchen management team
* Take responsibility for your section
* Support those in the team
* Complete cleaning duties

In return for your service, the company are offering a competitive starting salary, equating to an hourly rate of £11.20per hour on a 38-hour contract.
