Job summary
Digital Marketing and Events Co-ordinator required by a leading provider of Satellite Communications. Our client provide a number of products and solutions for a range of sectors including government and defence, mining, media, maritime, oil and gas, energy, offshore and financial. This is a great time to join a Company which is growing and expanding and welcome candidates who are hard-working, down to earth and like to work collaboratively with others.Our client has a strong financial footing, are privately held and debt free and looking to grow and expand. The successful candidate will need to be within 1 hour commute of the client`s head office in Redhill. Working hours are: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. After 6 months, hybrid working will be offered set to 2 days per week Wednesdays and Fridays.
The successful Digital Marketing and Events Coordinator will have a varied role in both taking ownership of the events and marketing side of the company. This role is approx. 70% events and 30% marketing although there be on occasions capacity to work more on the marketing side and also get involved in other tasks.
This person needs to have 2+ years of experience in both marketing and events.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Events experience including being able to organise a range of events from start to finish which includes arranging and managing customer events, exhibitions, conferences and internal and external events.
* Marketing experience including creating and maintaining sales literature, maintaining and updating electronic literature through the company`s intranet and website and help produce sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, data sheets for new products.
* Digital marketing, communications and events experience is ideal for this role. Candidates who have digital marketing and communications experience and strong events experience would be highly suitable for this role.
