A secondary school in Sheffield are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant specialising in behaviour to work full-time.
About the role:
Behaviour Support Mentor duties can include:
Providing intervention support, and small group support
Behaviour support and management for KS3 and KS4 pupils
1:1 support for SEND and lower ability pupils
The ideal applicant will have:
Some experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour, and experience in a secondary school setting
A passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
Creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
