An opportunity to work in our elite category 1 academy
This administrative role which will oversee the arrangements for our boy's U9 through to U18 games within the academy. You will play a key role in the organisation of home and away academy fixtures, which will include liaising with the opposition clubs and coordination of paperwork for all Premier League games programmes. It doesn't stop there - you will maintain the academy budget, provide weekly communication for parents and relevant training ground staff and ensure all record and databases are kept up to date.
This is a fixed term position, covering maternity leave, is based at our incredible training ground facilities and a great opportunity to see how we run our elite academy environment.
Your background
This is an important role to fill, so it is important we get the right person for the role. It is essential that you have previous experience of working in a football administration role in a professional football academy environment and understand the rules and regulations of EPPP and Category 1 requirements.
We are looking for someone who is organised, has the ability to build positive relationships with all levels of hierarchy across the club and able to prioritise workload effectively - as there can sometimes be some tight deadlines!
