Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and outreach.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
* Create compelling proposals tailored to potential clients' needs.
* Lead negotiations and close deals to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
* Explore new markets and geographic areas for business expansion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the waste industry.
* Strong understanding of the waste industry (not essential but advantageous).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
* Self-motivated and willing to travel as required.
