The Role
In this role, you'll work closely with two partners in the team, offering direct support and occasionally assisting other partners. The position will encompass a range of administrative tasks such as managing diaries, arranging meetings and travel, understanding and maintaining client files. You'll draft and prepare documents, handle calls, create PowerPoint presentations and manage the filing system. Additionally, you'll deal with invoices, and handle monthly client billing and finance-related tasks.
Effective communication is key, as you'll develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. It would be beneficial to have some exposure to the legal healthcare industry but not essential. Youll need experience in billing and invoicing clients to be considered.
