Full training will be provided from our senior consultant which in time will teach you the full process of a recruitment consultant and what is required on a day to day which will enable you to grow with in the Role at a pace that suits you
Job Description
Your role would be to search through the database and job boards to identify suitable applicants for roles that our heathrow team are recruiting for, then interact with potential job seekers both on the telephone to qualify their suitability for the role, and via email. You will be working closely with a Senior Consultant who will train and mentor you, along with support from other experienced members of the team.
Complete General Administration Duties with knowledge of Microsoft word and excel desirable
You will receive full training on our live job portals which in time you will be able to run with , this will enable to place candidates for various job roles across the country bringing you up to speed.
Over time you'll learn more about the business and progress at your desired pace to take your career in recruitment to the next stage. This position would suit a competitive and resilient individual who wants to learn more about the industry from a highly experienced team within a supportive environment.
Skills and Experience required:
1-2 years of work experience in a customer service field
Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) and a confident and articulate telephone manner.
build and maintain relationships.
Organised, tenacious and resilient personality.
High energy, motivated and target driven.
