Job summary
Senior Sales ManagerInspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Manager on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading company, with ambitious growth plans & a full order book.
Main Duties:
* Create and implement a strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieves the business objectives
* Working with the sales team, estimate sales volume and gross profits for current and new products
* Monitor competitors products, including relevant sales and provide marketing data
* Develop and maintain an operating budget for the sales division to achieve business objectives
* Deliver order intake in line with quarterly budgets.
* Use current and if required develop a set of KPIs to measure sales team performance in relation to the above highlighting key improvement opportunities, actioning accordingly.
* Report on Sales performance Monthly, Quarterly, and annually.
* Develop business cases for new products and work with the business on introduction plans up to the manufacturing stage.

Requirements:
* Comply with company Safety Policy and lead from the front.
* Liaise with Product Managers to develop orders together.
* Interface with other divisions to resolve issues that impact ability to meet business objectives
* Be responsible for setting sales forecasts and measuring against them by region and person.
* Create strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders at both senior and mid management level
* Develop and manage the team and tools necessary to achieve sales and monitor performance
* Effectively communicate the companys value proposition and partnerships
* Keep up to date with the teams development and appraisals managing lagging performance where necessary
* Bring new Voice of the Customer driven products to market, enhance existing products to be leading edge and provide a competitive advantage through a technical team.
